Prophet Hud - 11:109 Have no doubt about those whom they serve. They serve just as their forefathers served before. We will pay them their portion in full.
How did their forefathers before serve others?
Prophet Jonah/10:18 "They leave Allah and serve those who can do them neither harm nor good, and say: "These will intercede for us with Allah". Say: "Do you inform Him of what Allah does not know in the heavens and the earth? He is Most High, far from what you associate partners with."
The Bee/16:35 Those who associate partners, if Allah had not willed, neither we nor our ancestors would have served anything besides Him, nor would we have forbidden anything besides what He has forbidden. So did those before them. Does the messenger have any duty other than to make clear?
Council/42:21 Or do they have associates who lay down for them religious rules and laws without Allah´s permission? Judgment would have been given between them if there had not been a pre-determined decision. There is a painful torment for the wrongdoers.
The Cattle/6:136 "They set aside for Him a share of what Allah has produced, of crops and livestock, and said: "This is Allah´s and this is our partners´". The share of their partners does not reach Allah, but the share of Allah reaches their partners! How evil are their judgment."
The Cattle/6:137 So their associates (who judge in the name of God) made even killing their children seem a good thing to most of the polytheists. Thus they ruined them and confused and corrupted their religion. Had Allah willed, they could not have done this. Stay away from them and what they fabricate.
Mary/19:41 Remember Abraham in the Book; he was a prophet, a truthful one.
Mary/19:42 "He said to his father, "My father, why do you serve that which does not hear or see or benefit you?"

The Cattle/6:40 "Say: "Tell us, if you are truthful, if the torment of Allah or the Hour (the end of the world) came to you, would you call upon anyone other than Allah?"
The Cattle/6:41 Indeed, to Him alone do you invoke. If He wills, He will remove your problem in that which you invoke, and you will forget those whom you associate.
The Bee/16:86 "When those who associate partners see those whom they associate partners with, they will say: "Our Lord, these are our partners whom we call besides you". (They will reply:) "You are liars (we have never been partners in your crime)"."

The Ants/27:23 I found a woman ruling them. She has been given everything and has a great palace.

Prophet Jonah/10:66 To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Those who invoke others besides Allah are not following the partners they have set up. They are only guessing and only talking nonsense.
Prophet Jonah/10:105 "And: "Turn to religion as monotheists; do not be of those who associate partners."
Prophet Jonah/10:106 Do not call upon those who cannot benefit or harm you except Allah. If you do so, then you will be of the wrongdoers.
Prophet Abraham/14:30 "They associate partners with Allah to divert from His Way. Say: "Enjoy yourselves a little, your last journey will be to the Fire"."
The Spider/29:8 We have admonished man to be kind to his parents. But if they contend with you that you should associate with Me something of which you have no knowledge, do not follow either of them. To Me is the return of all of you, and I will inform you of what you used to do.

We do not see your intercessors with you, whom you claim to be partners (with God in the decision to be made about you). The ties between you have been severed. Those whom you used to put forward have forsaken you.
Council/42:13 "We have established for you the religion which He commanded Noah before, and We commanded Abraham, Moses and Jesus as We commanded you: "Keep this religion true and do not differ in it."But what you call them to is too heavy for those who associate partners. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to the truth those who turn to Him."
