The Thunder - 13:20 Those who fulfill their promise to Allah and do not break the covenant.
Those who break the covenant with Allah:
The Cow/2:27 Those who, after pledging allegiance to their covenant with Allah, break it, cut off what Allah has commanded to be joined, and make corruption in the earth. They are the losers.

The Family Of Imran/3:183 "They say, "Allah has taken a promise from us that we shall not believe in any messenger unless he brings a sacrifice which the fire will eat". Say, "Messengers have come before me who brought you this with clear proofs. Why did you kill them if you are true to your word?"
The Family Of Imran/3:187 "Allah had taken a promise from those to whom the Book was given, saying, "You will certainly make it clear to the people and you will not conceal it."But they threw it behind their backs and sold it for a small price. What an evil exchange!"

The Women/4:154 "We raised Mount Sinai above them, and We said to them, "Enter humbly through the gate."We said to them, "Do not transgress the prohibition of Saturday"; and We took from them a firm promise."
The Women/4:155 "Allah sealed their understanding because of their breaking their word, because they disbelieved in the signs and proofs of Allah, because they killed the prophets unjustly, and because they said: "We are fixed-minded", yes, because of their disbelief. Therefore few of them believe."

The Table Spread/5:12 "Allah had taken a promise from the Children of Israel and We sent twelve leaders from among them. Allah said: "I am with you if you observe the prayer, pay the zakat, believe in My messengers and respect them, and lend to Allah a good debt. I will cover your sins and give you gardens in which rivers flow. So whoever of you disbelieves after that has gone astray from the right path."
The Table Spread/5:13 We cursed them and hardened their hearts because they broke their promises. They take the meaning of words out of context. They have forgotten some of what they were warned about. From most of them you will see constant betrayal. Forgive them and ignore them. Allah loves those who do good.
The Table Spread/5:13 We cursed them and hardened their hearts because they broke their promises. They take the meaning of words out of context. They have forgotten some of what they were warned about. From most of them you will see constant betrayal. Forgive them and ignore them. Allah loves those who do good.
The Table Spread/5:70 We took a promise from the Children of Israel and sent messengers to them. Whenever a messenger came to them with something they did not like, they denied some of them and killed some of them.

The Heights/7:134 "Whenever a calamity befell them, they said, "O Moses, invoke your Lord for His promise to you. If you deliver us from this calamity, we will believe in you and send the Children of Israel with you."
The Heights/7:135 And when He delivered them from the calamities for a time, they went back on their promise.
The Heights/7:168 We divided them into communities on the earth, some of them were good and some of them were lowly. We tested them with good and evil lest they should turn back.
The Heights/7:169 "They were replaced by other generations who inherited the Book. But they said, "We shall be forgiven anyway,"and chose vile and transitory benefits. If similar temporary benefits came to them, they would still choose them. Was not a promise taken from them that they would adhere to the Book and speak only the truth about Allah? Have they not read and learned it? Better for the righteous is the abode of the Hereafter. Do you not understand?"

The Repentance/9:74 Although they speak words of disbelief and disbelieve after they have surrendered, they swear by Allah that they did not say them. In fact, they strived hard for what they could never attain. They sought revenge after Allah and His messenger had enriched them with His grace! It would be good for them if they repent. If they turn away, Allah will punish them with a painful torment in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will have neither friends nor helpers in the earth.
The Repentance/9:75 "Some of them even promised Allah, "If He grants us out of His bounty, we will spend our money for charity and we will be of the righteous people."
The Repentance/9:76 But when He gave them out of His bounty, they became stingy and turned away.
The Repentance/9:77 Because they broke their promise to Allah and lied, He put hypocrisy in their hearts until the Day when they will meet Him.

Prophet Joseph/12:66 "I will not send him with you unless you give me a firm promise by Allah that you will bring him to me unless you are all surrounded and prevented. When they promised him, he said: "Allah is witness to what we say"."
Prophet Joseph/12:80 "When they despaired of him, they went aside to consult. The elders said: "Do you not know that your father has taken a promise from you in the name of Allah, and that you have already transgressed in the case of Joseph? I will not leave this place until my father gives me permission or until Allah judges for me. He is the Best Judge."

The Coalition/33:13 "A group of them were saying, "People of Yathrib, you cannot hold on any longer; go back."The other group of them were asking permission from the Prophet, saying, "Our houses are unprotected,"even though their houses were protected. Their whole purpose was to escape."
The Coalition/33:14 If it had been occupied and they had been asked to join the enemy, they would have joined them without hesitation.
The Coalition/33:15 They had promised Allah before that they would not turn their backs and flee. Every promise made to Allah will be questioned.

Yaseen/36:60 O children of Adam, did I not take a promise from you that you would not serve Satan? He is your open enemy.
Yaseen/36:61 Serve Me. This is the most right way.
Yaseen/36:62 Yet he has led astray many generations from you. Would you never use your reason?
Yaseen/36:63 This is Hell, which is promised to you!

Muhammad/47:20 "The believers used to say, "What if a period (permitting war) were sent down?"But when a clear surah is sent down and war is mentioned in it, you see those in whose hearts is a disease looking at you as one faints for fear of death. It is suitable for them,"

The Iron/57:7 Believe in Allah and His messenger and give to help out of what He has given to your government. For those of you who believe and help there is a great reward.
The Iron/57:8 Why do you not believe in Allah when the messenger has called you to believe in your Lord, and He has taken a promise from you, if you believe.
