The Night Journey - 17:103 When he tried to drive them out of the land, We drowned him and those with him
Our Lord's plan was to remove not only Pharaoh but also his followers from the land and to eliminate them from among the people. Thus the oppressed and exploited people were to dominate the country.
The Stories/28:4 Pharaoh acted despotically in the land. He divided his people into classes, oppressing and exploiting one group of them, keeping their daughters alive and slaughtering their sons. He was a corrupter.
The Stories/28:5 We favored those who were weakened and oppressed on the earth, that We might make them leaders and heirs.
The Stories/28:6 And establish them on the earth, and show Pharaoh and Haman and their armies what they feared.

The Heights/7:136 So We took vengeance on them and drowned them in the sea because they denied Our Verses and paid no heed.
The Heights/7:137 We made the despised and weakened people heirs to the east and the west of the land, which We made fertile. The good promise of your Lord to the Children of Israel was fulfilled because they persevered in hardship. And We destroyed the structures and institutions of Pharaoh and his people.

The Smoke/44:23 Set out with my servants by night. You are being watched.
The Smoke/44:24 Leave the sea parted. They are an army doomed to drown.
The Smoke/44:25 What they had left behind: Gardens and springs,
The Smoke/44:27 And how many blessings they enjoyed in it.
The Smoke/44:28 So We bequeathed them to another people.

The Poets/26:52 "And We revealed to Moses, "Set my servants on their way, and you will be followed."
The Poets/26:53 Pharaoh sent mass propagandists to the cities:
The Poets/26:54 This is a small band.
The Poets/26:57 Finally, we drove them out: from the gardens and from the fountains,
The Poets/26:59 Then We made them the inheritance of the Children of Israel.
