Listen and watch them on the Day when they come to Us! On that Day the wrongdoers will be in manifest error.
Those who are blind to the Message and go astray are more astray in the way on the Day of Resurrection:

Whomever Allah guides, he has found the truth. And whomsoever He leads astray, you will find for them no protector except Him. On the Day of Resurrection We will gather them together, blind, dumb and deaf. Their abode will be Hell. We increase its flames as it cools.

As for those who are blind in this world, they will be blind in the Hereafter and they will be even more astray in the way.
Ta-Ha/20:124
Whoever turns away from My Message will be condemned to a life of hardship. And on the Day of Resurrection We will bring him forth blind.

"My Lord,"he says, "why did you drive me into the meeting place blind, when I was seeing?"

"He will say: "Because when Our signs and miracles came to you, you forgot them. And today you are being forgotten."
Ta-Ha/20:127
This is how We punish those who transgress and do not believe in the signs and miracles of your Lord. Surely the punishment of the Hereafter is harsher and more lasting.
