The Believers - 23:115
"Do you think that We created you for nothing and that you will not return to Us"?"
Allah created mankind in this world to test them:
The Cow/2:155
We will test you with fear, hunger, loss of money, lives, and crops. Give good news to those who are patient.
The Family Of Imran/3:186
You will be tested with your money and your lives. You will hear many insults from those who were given the Book before you and from those who associate partners. If you persevere and lead a virtuous life, you will have done a great deed.

Then We made you inheritors of the earth in their place, to see what you would do.

We have adorned the earth with its materials to test who will be righteous.
