The Believers - 23:25 He is only a mad man. Observe him for a while.
The disbelievers called the messengers mad:
The Believers/23:24 "The prominent disbelievers of his people said, "This is nothing but a man like you. He wants to rule over you. Had Allah willed, He could have sent down an angel. We did not hear anything like this from our first ancestors."
