The Light - 24:32
Marry your bachelors and your male and female servants of virtue, and if they are poor, Allah will make them rich from His bounty. Allah is Generous, Knowing.

Do they divide the mercy of your Lord? We divided between them their livelihood in the life of this world, and We made them superior to one another in rank, so that they might cause one another to work. And the mercy of your Lord is better than what they have accumulated.
The Bee/16:71
Allah has made you superior to one another in sustenance. Indeed, those who are made superior do not share their wealth equally with those under them. Do they reject the Blessing of Allah?

He gives you an example from among yourselves: Do you accept those under your command as equal partners with you in what We have provided you? Do you fear them as you fear each other? Thus do We explain the verses in detail for a people who use their reason.
The Light/24:58
O you who believe, those who work under you and those of you who have not yet reached puberty should take permission three times: Before the Fajr prayer, at noon when you take off your clothes to rest, and after the Evening prayer. These are your three special times. Other than these, there is no harm in going in and out of each other´s company. This is how Allah explains the verses to you. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
