The Spider - 29:40 And We seized them all with their sins. And We sent upon some of them a mad storm, and a terrible sound seized some of them, and We drove some of them into the earth and drowned some of them. It was not Allah who wronged them; they wronged themselves.
Our Lord does not punish His servants without informing them of what they should avoid, that is, without sending them a book/message, and after He has informed them, they have no excuse:
The Women/4:165 Messengers bringing glad tidings and warnings... So that after all these messengers, people will have no excuse against Allah. Allah is Superior, Wise.

The Stories/28:59 Your Lord does not destroy a people until He sends to their center a messenger who recites to them Our Verses. And We never destroy a people whose people are not oppressors.

The Criterion/25:38 And the people of Ad, Thamud, Res and many generations between them.
The Criterion/25:39 We gave sufficient examples to all of them, so We destroyed them all.

The Table Spread/5:19 "People of the Book! Our apostle has come to you after a period of gap between the apostles, and he is telling you the truth so that you may not say: "There has not come to us a bearer of glad tidings and a warner". Behold, a bearer of glad tidings and a warner has come to you. Allah is the Almighty."

The Family Of Imran/3:108 These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you in truth. Allah does not wish to wrong anyone.

The Poets/26:208 We did not destroy any city without a warner.

The Cattle/6:130 "O people of the jinn and mankind, have not messengers come to you from you, telling you My Verses and warning you of this Day? They said: "We are witnesses against ourselves". The life of this world deceived them and they testified against themselves that they were disbelievers."
The Cattle/6:131 This is so. Your Lord does not destroy countries with injustice while their people are ignorant.

Ta-Ha/20:134 "If We had destroyed them with a punishment before that, they would have said: "Our Lord, if You had sent us a messenger, we would have followed Your Verses before we became so lowly and disgraced!"

The Sandhills/46:27 And how many cities around you We destroyed, and We explained to them the Verses that they might return.
