The Cow - 2:171
The condition of the disbelievers is like that of a person who repeats the words only in the form of shouting and shouting (without understanding). They are deaf, dumb and blind; they do not think.
The expressions Blind-Deaf-Hearing-Seeing are metaphors to describe those who reject and those who accept Allah's signs and admonitions.
The Criterion/25:73
When they are reminded of the Verses of their Lord, they do not turn deaf and blind to them.
