The Cow - 2:177 It is not good that you turn your faces towards the east or the west. The righteous are those who believe in Allah, the Last Day, the angels, the Book and the Prophets, and they give freely to relatives, orphans, the needy, the stranded, the beggars, and to free the slaves, and they observe the prayer, and pay the zakat, and keep their word when they contract, and they resist hardship, distress and oppression. It is they who are the righteous, and it is they who are the virtuous.
The believers also fulfill their promises:
The Cattle/6:152 Do not approach the property of orphans until they reach the age of maturity. Measure and weigh accurately. We do not burden a person with what he is not able. When you speak, be truthful even against your relatives. Keep your promise to Allah. These are His admonitions to you that you may take a lesson.

The Coalition/33:15 They had promised Allah before that they would not turn their backs and flee. Every promise made to Allah will be questioned.

The Thunder/13:20 Those who fulfill their promise to Allah and do not break the covenant.

The Stories/28:27 "He said, "I want to marry you to one of my daughters on condition that you work for me for eight pilgrimages. You can make it ten (years) if you wish. I do not want to cause you any hardship. If Allah wills, you will find me a righteous person."
The Stories/28:28 "He said, "This is a contract between you and me. Whatever term I fulfill, there will be no enmity against me. Allah is the guarantor of what we have spoken."
The Stories/28:29 "When Moses fulfilled that term and set out with his family, he saw a fire on the slope of Tur and said to his family, "Stay here, I have seen a fire; perhaps I will bring you news of it or a fire-wood so that you may warm yourselves with it."

The Coalition/33:22 "When the believers see the parties (ready to attack), they say, "This is what Allah and His messenger promised us. Allah and His messenger have spoken the truth."This (dangerous situation) only strengthened their faith and submission."
The Coalition/33:23 There are such of the believers who have fulfilled their promise to Allah. Some of them fulfilled their pledge (became martyrs) and some of them are waiting. They have never wavered.

Those Who Set The Ranks/37:101 So We granted him (Abraham) a mild-tempered son.
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:102 "When he reached the age of working with him, he said, "My son,"he said, "I dreamed that I should slaughter you. What do you think?""My father,"he said, "do as you are commanded. If Allah wills, you will find me patient."
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:103 So they both surrendered and he slaughtered him on his forehead.
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:104 "We called out to him, "Abraham!"
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:105 "You have fulfilled your dream."This is how We reward the good."

The Victory/48:10 Those who pledge allegiance to you have pledged allegiance to Allah. Allah´s hand is upon their hands. Whoever breaks his pledge breaks it against himself. And whoever fulfills his promise to Allah, We shall give him a great reward.
The Victory/48:18 Allah is pleased with the believers who pledged allegiance to you under the tree. He knew what was in their hearts and sent down peace on them and rewarded them with an imminent victory.
