The Cow - 2:196
Complete Hajj and ´Umrah for Allah. If you are prevented, send a sacrifice that is easy for you. Do not shave your heads until the sacrifice has reached its destination, but whoever is sick or has a head ailment should give a ransom in fasting, charity or any other act of worship. Whoever enjoys ´Umrah until the time of Hajj, in a state of safety, should send a sacrifice that is easy for him. Those who are unable to do so should fast for a total of ten days, three days during Hajj and seven days after returning. This is for those whose family does not live near the Holy Mosque. Listen to Allah and know that the punishment of Allah is severe.
Hajj is also forbidden:
The Table Spread/5:1
Believers, keep your agreements. Animals have been made lawful for you except those which are to be recited to you. Provided that you do not hunt while you are in ihram. Allah judges as He wills.
The Table Spread/5:2
Believers! Do not disrespect the religious rites established by God, nor the holy month, nor the sacrifice, nor the wreaths that mark them, nor those who set out for the Holy House to seek the favor of their Lord. When you come out of Ihram, you may hunt. Do not become provoked and aggressive out of spite against a community that has turned you away from the Holy Mosque. Cooperate in goodness and virtue. Do not cooperate in evil and enmity. Listen to Allah. Allah´s punishment is severe.
The Table Spread/5:95
Believers, do not kill game while you are in ihram. Whoever of you kills it intentionally, his punishment is that he should send to the Ka´bah as a sacrifice a domestic animal equal to it, to be decided by two just men from among you. Or he must feed the poor or fast the equivalent of it as a punishment. So that he may taste the punishment for what he has done. Allah has forgiven the past. Whoever does it again, Allah will take vengeance on him. Allah is the Exalted, the avenger.

Hajj should be performed in the known months. Whoever has decided to perform Hajj in those months, know that in Hajj there is no sexual intercourse, no evil deeds, and no arguing. Allah knows every good deed you do. When you prepare your provisions for the journey, remember that the best provision is virtue. People of understanding! Listen to me.
