The Cow - 2:20
The lightning almost snatches their eyes! When it illuminates before them, they walk in its light. And when darkness descends upon them, they stand upright. Had Allah willed, He would have taken away their hearing and sight. Allah is all-powerful.

Or it is like the darkness in the midst of a vast sea covered by wave after wave with a dense mist. Darkness piled on top of each other. When a man stretches out his hand, he can hardly see it. He whom Allah has deprived of light has no light at all.

Is he whom We raised from the dead and gave him light to walk among people like him who is in darkness and cannot come out of it? This is how the deeds of the disbelievers are embellished.
