The Cow - 2:221 Do not marry women who associate partners unless they believe. A believing servant woman is better than a woman who associates partners, even if you like her. And do not marry your daughters to men who associate partners until they believe. A believing servant boy is better than one who associates partners, even if you like him. They call to the Fire. Allah, on the other hand, calls to Paradise and forgiveness, and He makes His verses clear to the people so that they may take admonition.
Persons forbidden for believers to marry:
The Women/4:23 These things are forbidden to you: Your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your aunts, your sisters´ daughters, your brothers´ daughters, your sisters´ daughters, your mothers who suckled you, your sisters in law, the mothers of your wives, your step-daughters of your wives with whom you have had sexual intercourse who are in your houses - if you have not had sexual intercourse with them, you may marry their daughters - the wives of your own sons, and taking two sisters together. Existing marriages are excluded from this law. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

The Cow/2:221 Do not marry women who associate partners unless they believe.
The Cow/2:230 If he divorces her again (for the third time), she is not lawful for him after that unless she marries another. There is no harm in their returning to each other if they believe that they will observe the law of Allah. This is the law of Allah; We have made it clear for a people who know.

The Women/4:22 Do not marry the women your fathers married. But do not break such marriages that you have had in the past. That is a great sin and an abominable and evil way.

The Coalition/33:37 "You used to say to the one to whom Allah had done good to you and you had done good to him, "Keep your wife and observe Allah". Thus you were concealing what Allah would reveal. You were afraid of the people when you should have been afraid of Allah. And when Zayd was estranged from his wife, We gave you her in marriage so that the believers may not find it difficult to marry their adopted children when they are estranged from their wives. Allah´s command must be fulfilled."
The Coalition/33:53 O you who believe, do not enter the house of the Messenger until you are called to eat. Nor wait for such a call. You may enter when you are called. After you have eaten, leave and disperse. Do not engage in hadiths (sayings). This grieved the Prophet, but he was ashamed to inform you. Allah is not ashamed to declare the truth. When you ask something of his wives, ask them behind a veil. This is purer for your hearts and their hearts. You must not grieve the Messenger of Allah and you must not marry his wives after him, for that is a great sin in the sight of Allah.
