"They ask you about menstruation, Say: "It is an inconvenience. Do not have sexual intercourse with menstruating women and do not approach them until they are free from it. When they are free from it, then have sexual intercourse with them in the place that Allah permits you. Allah loves those who turn, and He loves the purified."

Your women are your fields (in which you sow). Reach your fields as you wish. Prepare for yourselves for the future. Listen to Allah and know that you will surely meet Him. Give good news to those who believe.
