Sheva - 34:46 "Say, "I have only one advice for you: Get up for the sake of Allah, two by two or one by one, then think. There is no madness in your friend. He is only one who warns you before a severe punishment."
The previous messengers were also called mad:
The Scatterers/51:39 "He turned away with his people and said: "He is either a sorcerer or a madman"."

The Moon/54:9 "The people of Noah had denied before them. They denied Our servant and said, "He is mad". Indeed he was prevented."

The Scatterers/51:52 "Thus, whenever a messenger came to those before them, they used to say: "This is a sorcerer"or "This is a madman"."

The Believers/23:24 "The prominent disbelievers of his people said, "This is nothing but a man like you. He wants to rule over you. Had Allah willed, He could have sent down an angel. We did not hear anything like this from our first ancestors."
The Believers/23:25 He is only a mad man. Observe him for a while.

The Poets/26:23 "Pharaoh said, "What do you mean, Lord of the Universes?"
The Poets/26:24 "He said, "He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if you will surely believe."
The Poets/26:25 "He turned to those around him and said, "Do you hear?"
The Poets/26:26 "He said, "He is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers before you."
The Poets/26:27 "He said, "The messenger sent to you is surely a madman."

Sheva/34:6 Those who have been given knowledge see that what has been sent down to you from your Lord is the truth and that it guides to the Way of the Exalted and Most Praised.
Sheva/34:7 "The disbelievers said, "Shall we show you a man who informs you that you will be resurrected with a new creation after you have been scattered in pieces?"
Sheva/34:8 "Does he ascribe a lie to Allah, or is he insane?"But those who do not believe in the Hereafter are in a far error and torment."

The Scatterers/51:38 And in Moses (there is a lesson). We sent him to Pharaoh with a clear proof.
