Praise be to Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth and made the angels messengers with two, three and four wings. He increases whom He wills in creation. Allah is all-powerful.

"He sends down the angels by revelation to whom He wills of His servants, conveying His command: "Warn the people: "There is no god but Me, and listen to Me."
The Forgiver/40:15
The Raiser of the Degrees, the Owner of Governance. He sends down His revelation of His commands to whom He wills among His servants to warn them of the Day of Meeting.
The Ways of Ascent/70:4
To Him ascend the angels and the spirit (revelation/commands/Command/Jebrail) in a day equal to fifty thousand years.

The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.

On that night the angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) descend by the permission of their Lord to fulfill all the commands.

Allah communicates with a human being only by revelation or from behind a veil, or He sends a messenger and reveals to him what He wills by His permission. He is the Exalted, the Wise.
