The Family Of Imran - 3:14
Pleasures such as women, children, heaps of gold and silver, trained horses, cattle and crops seem attractive to people. These are the blessings of the life of this world. But the best destination is with Allah.
The end of him who seeks the life of this world and its luxuries:
Those Who Pull Out/79:38
And as for those who prefer the life of this world.
Those Who Pull Out/79:39
Their destination will be Hell.

"Ibrahim said, "My Lord, make this a place of safety. Provide for your people who believe in Allah and the Last Day with crops,"when he said, "I will provide for the disbeliever. I will provide for him for a short time, then I will condemn him to the punishment of the Fire. What an evil abode is that!"

"Say: "If your parents, your children, your brothers and sisters, your wives, your families, the money you earn, the business you fear may go bad, and the houses you enjoy are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger and striving in His Way, then wait until Allah brings His Command."Allah does not guide the people who have gone astray."

"When you have finished your ceremony, keep remembering Allah as you remembered your ancestors, even stronger. Some of the people say: "Our Lord, give us in this world"; he will have no share in the Hereafter."
The Family Of Imran/3:145
No one can die without Allah´s permission. Death has an appointed term. Whoever desires the blessing of this world, We will give him of it, and whoever desires the blessing of the Hereafter, We will give him of it. We will reward those who give thanks.
Prophet Jonah/10:88
"Moses said: "Our Lord, you have given Pharaoh and his council luxury and wealth in the life of this world. Our Lord, so that they may deviate from Your Way? Our Lord, sweep away their wealth and harden their hearts that they may not believe until they see the painful torment."
Prophet Hud/11:15
Whoever seeks the life of this world and its luxuries, We will repay them therein in full for what they used to do, and they will not be lacking therein in anything.
Prophet Hud/11:16
For them in the Hereafter there is only Fire. All that they used to do will be null and void therein. All that they did is null and void.
The Night Journey/17:18
Whoever desires this transitory world, We give therein as much as We will to whom We will. Then We will condemn him to Hell, condemned and dismissed.
The Night Journey/17:20
And We will deliver to all of them, to them and to these, of the Blessings of your Lord. The bounties of your Lord are not limited.
The Stories/28:61
Is he to whom We have promised a good reward, like him to whom We have blessed him with the wealth of this world´s life, and then he will be called to account on the Day of Resurrection?

Seek the abode of the Hereafter with the favors Allah has bestowed upon you, without forgetting your share in this world. Do good to Allah as He has done good to you. Do not seek to make corruption in the earth. Allah does not love the corrupters.
Council/42:20
Whoever desires the reward of the Hereafter, We increase his reward. And whoever desires the reward of this world, We will give it to him, but he will have no share in the Hereafter.
