The Family Of Imran - 3:26
"Say: "My God, the Ruler of Rulers, You give rule to whom You will and You depose whom You will. You raise whomsoever You will, and whomsoever You will, You bring low. All good is in Your hand. You are all-powerful!"
Allah raises whom He wills (in the Hereafter):

Who has a better religion than he who submits to Allah and does good and follows the monotheistic religion of Abraham? Allah has taken Abraham as a friend.
