The Family Of Imran - 3:97
There are clear signs there: It is the place of Abraham´s stand (against idolatry). Whoever enters it must be in safety. Those of the people who are able to travel are obliged to pilgrimage to that House (the Ka´bah) for the sake of Allah. Whoever disbelieves, let him know that Allah is not in need of anyone.
What did Abraham's people serve?
The Cattle/6:74
"Abraham said to his father Azer: "Do you take statues as gods? I see you and your people in manifest error."
The Prophets/21:51
We had bestowed on Abraham the gift of understanding and comprehension before, and We knew him well.
The Prophets/21:52
"He said to his father and his people, "What are these statues to which you devote yourselves?"
