Council - 42:19 Allah is the Beneficent to His servants. He sustains whom He wills and/or whom He wills. He is the Mighty, the Superior.
Allah also provides for the disbelievers, their sustenance is not limited
The Night Journey/17:20 And We will deliver to all of them, to them and to these, of the Blessings of your Lord. The bounties of your Lord are not limited.

Prophet Jonah/10:88 "Moses said: "Our Lord, you have given Pharaoh and his council luxury and wealth in the life of this world. Our Lord, so that they may deviate from Your Way? Our Lord, sweep away their wealth and harden their hearts that they may not believe until they see the painful torment."

Prophet Hud/11:15 Whoever seeks the life of this world and its luxuries, We will repay them therein in full for what they used to do, and they will not be lacking therein in anything.

Ta-Ha/20:131 Do not covet the ornaments of the life of this world which We have given to some of them as a test. Better and lasting is what your Lord has prepared for you.

The Stories/28:82 "Those who envied him on the previous day said: "So Allah gives abundant provision to whomsoever of His servants He wills and withholds it from whomsoever He wills. If Allah had not favored us, He would have made us fail. So the disbelievers do not succeed"."

The Stories/28:77 Seek the abode of the Hereafter with the favors Allah has bestowed upon you, without forgetting your share in this world. Do good to Allah as He has done good to you. Do not seek to make corruption in the earth. Allah does not love the corrupters.
The Stories/28:76 "Karun was of the people of Moses, but he betrayed them and oppressed them. We had given him such treasures that their keys were too heavy even for a strong people. His people said to him: "Do not be spoiled, Allah does not love the spoiled."

The Repentance/9:55 Let not their money and their children impress you. Allah wants to punish them with them in the life of this world and that their souls should be disbelievers.

The Family Of Imran/3:180 Let not those who are stingy in what Allah has bestowed on them from His bounty think that it is good for them. On the contrary, it is harmful for them. What they have accumulated will be around their necks on the Day of Resurrection. To Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth. Allah is aware of what you do.
