The Kneeling - 45:5 There are lessons for a people who understand in the alternation of the night and the day, and how Allah sends down from the sky a sustenance and revives the earth with it after its death and directs the winds.
Lesson in managing the winds:
The Romans/30:48 Allah sends the winds to drive the clouds, and He spreads them in the sky as He wills, and you see the rain coming out of them. When He sends it down on whom He wills of His servants, they rejoice.

Originator/35:9 Allah is He Who sends the winds that stir the clouds. Then We drive them over a dead land, and We bring it back to life after its death. So is the resurrection.

The Romans/30:46 And of His signs is that He makes you taste of His mercy, and sends the ships to sail by His command, and sends the winds as bearers of glad tidings that you may seek His grace (through trade) and give thanks.

The Heights/7:57 It is He who sends the winds as a foretaste of His mercy. We drive the heavy clouds over a dead land after they are gathered and loaded. We send down with it water and bring forth with it all kinds of crops. Thus do We bring forth the dead. Perhaps from this you may take an admonition.

The Cow/2:164 In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, and in the ships that sail in the ocean for the benefit of mankind, and in Allah sending down water from the sky and reviving the earth after its death, and in every kind of living creature He spreads therein, and in the winds and the swirling of the clouds between the sky and the earth, there are indeed signs (lessons and proofs) for a people who use their reason.

Council/42:32 And the ships that sail like mountains in the ocean are among His Signs.
Council/42:33 If He willed, He would have stopped the wind and they would have remained motionless on the water. In this are signs for every patient and thankful person.
