The Women - 4:92
A believer shall not kill a believer except by accident. Whoever kills a believer by accident must release a believing slave and pay a diet to the family of the deceased. Unless they give up the diet and accept it as charity. If it is a believer from a community that is at war with you, then you must release a believing slave. But if the deceased belongs to a community with whom you have an agreement, then you must give his family a diet and release a believing slave. Whoever cannot find the money or a slave to release should fast for two months in a row so that Allah may accept his repentance. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
The believers do not kill a soul unjustly which Allah has forbidden:
The Stories/28:9
"Pharaoh´s wife said, "May our eyes be enlightened. Do not kill him. Perhaps he will be of use to us, or we may adopt him as a son."They knew nothing of anything."
The Cow/2:178
Believers! Equality in killing is enjoined upon you. Free for free, slave for slave, woman for woman. But whoever is forgiven by the relatives of the deceased, then he must do what is fitting and pay the dowry well. This is a mitigation and mercy from your Lord. Then whoever transgresses after that, for him is a painful torment.
The Women/4:29
Believers! Do not eat one another´s property by injustice and deceit, even in consensual trade. Do not kill one another. Allah is Most Merciful to you
The Women/4:30
Whoever does these things with enmity and oppression, We will send him to the Fire. This is easy for Allah.

I wish you to enter Hell, bearing my sin with your sin. This is how the wrongdoers are punished.

His ego incited him to kill his brother. He killed him and thus lost.

Therefore We wrote to the Children of Israel: Whoever kills a person who has not committed murder or corrupted the earth, it is as if he had killed all mankind. And whoever gives life to that soul, it is as if he had given life to all mankind. Our messengers came to them with clear proofs. Nevertheless, most of them immediately began to commit transgression in the earth.

There We commanded them: We commanded them: Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth and wounds for wounds. Whoever gives up this right, He will cover his sins. Those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed are wrongdoers.
The Night Journey/17:33
Do not kill unjustly a soul which Allah has forbidden. Whoever is killed unjustly, We have authorized his heirs. Let him not exceed the limit in killing out of revenge, for he has been helped
The Criterion/25:68
They do not invoke other gods along with Allah; they do not kill unjustly the life which Allah has forbidden, nor do they commit adultery. He who commits these things pays for his sins.
The Stories/28:8
Finally, Pharaoh´s family took the baby who would be an enemy and a source of sorrow for them. Pharaoh and Haman and their armies were the guilty ones.
