The Most Gracious - 55:33
O mankind and the jinn, if you are able to cross the boundaries of the heavens and the earth, do so. You cannot cross without authorization.
Those who are able to cross the boundaries of the heavens and the earth:
The Majesty/97:4
On that night the angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) descend by the permission of their Lord to fulfill all the commands.
The Prostration/32:5
He controls all affairs from the heavens to the earth. Then they ascend to Him in a day equal to a thousand years of what you count.
The Ways of Ascent/70:4
To Him ascend the angels and the spirit (revelation/commands/Command/Jebrail) in a day equal to fifty thousand years.

It has been taught by the One who has great power.

We descend only by the command of your Lord. To Him belongs our past and our future and all that is between them. Your Lord is not forgetful.
