The Most Gracious - 55:5
The sun and the moon (move) by a calculation.

He made the sun a source of light and the moon a light. He has given it phases so that you may know the number of years and reckoning. Allah has created these only for a truth. This is how He explains the verses to a people who know.

He it is Who has created the night, the day, the sun and the moon. All of them move in an orbit.
The Thunder/13:2
It is Allah Who raised the heavens without a pillar that you can see, then He is sovereign over all government, and He subdued the sun and the moon. All of them pass away for a definite period of time. He controls all affairs and explains the verses in detail so that you may have no doubt about meeting your Lord
