The Iron - 57:26 We sent Noah and Abraham and bestowed upon their descendants prophethood and the Book. Some of them found the truth, but most of them went astray.
Among the progeny of the Prophets there are both believers and disbelievers:
The Prohibition/66:10 "Allah gives the example of Noah´s wife and Lot´s wife to the disbelievers. They were under the marriage of two righteous servants, but they betrayed them. Their husbands could not ward off anything from Allah. They were both told, "Enter Hell with those who enter it."

Prophet Hud/11:45 "Noah called out to his Lord: "O my Lord, my son is of my family, and Your promise is true, and You are the best of judges."
Prophet Hud/11:46 "He said: "O Noah, he cannot be of your family. It is not virtuous for you to ask me for what you do not know. I advise you not to be among the ignorant."

The Women/4:54 Or do they resent what Allah has given to mankind from His bounty? But We gave to the family of Abraham the Book and wisdom, and We gave them great authority.
The Women/4:55 Some of them believed in it and some turned away from it. Hell is sufficient for them as a punishment.

Originator/35:32 Then We made those whom We chose of Our servants heirs to the Book, some of them are the wrongdoers, some of them follow the middle way, and some of them are pioneers in good deeds by Allah´s Leave. This is the great grace.

Those Who Set The Ranks/37:113 We favored him and Isaac. Verily, from the descendants of both of them are those who do good and those who wrong.

The Iron/57:26 We sent Noah and Abraham and bestowed upon their descendants prophethood and the Book. Some of them found the truth, but most of them went astray.

The Cow/2:253 And We favored some of those messengers more than others, for example, with some Allah spoke, and with some He raised them in degrees. We gave clear proofs to Jesus son of Mary and supported him with the Holy Spirit. Had Allah willed, those who came after them would not have quarrelled with one another after clear proofs had come to them. But they differed. Some believed and some disbelieved. Had Allah willed, they would not have fought one another. But Allah does what He wills.
