"Those who say: "Allah is the third of three"have disbelieved. But there is no god but one God. A painful torment will touch the disbelievers if they do not cease this."

"People of the Book! Do not exceed the limits in your religion. Speak only the truth about Allah. Jesus Christ, son of Mary, is only a messenger of Allah and His word which He sent to Mary, and a life from Him. Believe in Allah and His messengers. Do not say, "There are three."Put an end to it for your own benefit. Allah alone is the only God. He is greater than having children. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Allah is sufficient as a Surrogate."

"Those who say: "Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary,"have certainly disbelieved. Say: "If Allah wishes to destroy the Messiah, son of Mary, and his mother, and even all those on the earth, who can prevent it?"To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He creates what He wills. Allah is the Almighty."

The Messiah son of Mary was nothing but a messenger. Many messengers had come before him. His mother was also truthful. Both of them used to eat. Observe how We made clear to them Our Verses, and see how they turn away!

"Those who say: "Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary,"have certainly disbelieved. But the Messiah said, "Children of Israel, serve Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Whoever associates partners with Allah, Allah forbids him Paradise, and his abode will be the Fire. And there will be no helper for the wrongdoers."
