The Hypocrites - 63:10
"Give out of what We have provided for charity before death comes to you and you say, "My Lord, if only You would postpone me for a short time so that I may be of the righteous by helping the poor"."
The disbelievers will not be turned back / will not be given another chance:

"When death comes to one of them, he says: "My Lord, bring me back."

"So that I may do righteous deeds in that which I have forsaken."No. This is but a word he utters. There is a barrier behind them until the Day of Resurrection."

"Say, "On the Day of Victory, belief will not avail the disbelievers, nor will they be given another chance."

"If you had only seen the guilty when they bowed their heads before their Lord: "Our Lord, we have seen and heard, so turn us back so that we may act righteously; now we have firmly believed."

If We had willed, We could have given guidance to everyone, but My promise has come true that I will fill Hell with a portion of the jinn and mankind.
