The Cattle - 6:133
Your Lord is Rich, the Owner of Mercy. If He wills, He will take you away and replace you with whom He wills after you, just as He brought you from the descendants of others.
The intention is that if you disbelieve, Allah is not in need of anyone, and He is powerful and rich enough to replace you with a people who will not disbelieve:

Believers, whoever turns away from his religion, know this: Allah brings a people whom He loves, and they love Him. They are humble towards the believers and strong and firm against the disbelievers. They strive hard in the way of Allah and do not fear the condemnation of those who condemn. This is the bounty of Allah; He gives it to whom He wills. Allah is Generous, Knowing.

O mankind, you are dependent on Allah, but Allah is not dependent on anyone, the Praised.
