The Heights - 7:32
"Say: "Who can forbid the adornments and good provision which Allah has created for His servants?"Say: "They are for the believers in the life of this world, and only for them in the Hereafter."Thus do We explain Our verses in detail for a people who know."
The good things are forbidden to the disbelievers in the Hereafter:
The Heights/7:50
"The people of the Fire called out to the people of Paradise: "Pour on us of your water or some of the bounties Allah has given you."And they said: "Allah has forbidden these two to the disbelievers"."
