The Heights - 7:53
"Are they waiting for the fulfillment of its news? On the Day when its news is realized, those who disregarded it before will say: "The messengers of our Lord brought the truth. Is there an intercessor for us? Or that we may be sent back to behave differently from what we did before."They have lost their identity and what they fabricated has deserted them."
The disbelievers will not be turned back / will not be given another chance:

"When death comes to one of them, he says: "My Lord, bring me back."
The Believers/23:100
"So that I may do righteous deeds in that which I have forsaken."No. This is but a word he utters. There is a barrier behind them until the Day of Resurrection."

"Say, "On the Day of Victory, belief will not avail the disbelievers, nor will they be given another chance."

"If you had only seen the guilty when they bowed their heads before their Lord: "Our Lord, we have seen and heard, so turn us back so that we may act righteously; now we have firmly believed."

If We had willed, We could have given guidance to everyone, but My promise has come true that I will fill Hell with a portion of the jinn and mankind.
