He Frowned - 80:23
But he did not fulfill what He commanded him.
In the context of verses 17, 18...32; a reminder to those who think that resurrection is impossible; The creation of the heavens and the earth and the spreading of various creatures in them is a sign that they can be recreated and therefore resurrection:

Does man not see that We created him from a drop, so that he becomes a manifest enemy against Us?
