The Splitting Asunder - 82:5
Each person will learn what he has done and what he has not done.
What those who deserve the torment leave and do not do:
Prophet Abraham/14:44
"Warn the people of the Day when the torment will come to them. The wrongdoers will say, "Our Lord, postpone us until a near term, so that we may join your call and follow the messengers". But did you not swear before that your end would not come?"
The Cave/18:110
"Say, "I am nothing but a human being like you. It has been revealed to me that your God is one God. So let everyone who hopes to meet his Lord do righteous deeds and associate no partner in the worship of his Lord."
The Believers/23:99
"When death comes to one of them, he says: "My Lord, bring me back."
The Believers/23:100
"So that I may do righteous deeds in that which I have forsaken."No. This is but a word he utters. There is a barrier behind them until the Day of Resurrection."
The Companies/39:58
"Or when he sees the torment, let him not say, "If only I had had a second chance, I would have been of the righteous"
The Hypocrites/63:10
"Give out of what We have provided for charity before death comes to you and you say, "My Lord, if only You would postpone me for a short time so that I may be of the righteous by helping the poor"."
The Dawn/89:23
On that Day Hell will also be brought. On that Day man will understand. Then what is the use of understanding for him!
The Dawn/89:24
"He will say, "If only I had done something beforehand for this life."
