The Spoils of War - 8:39
Fight them until they abolish oppression and oppression and make the religion the religion of Allah alone. If they cease hostility, surely Allah is All-Seeing of what you do.

Allah never loses the reward of those who do good.

When you meet those who disbelieve in battle, strike their centers of control. And when you are victorious, take them captive and release them either for nothing or for ransom. Do this until the state of war ceases. Had Allah willed, He would have spared you the trouble of war, but He is testing you one against another in this way. As for those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will not make their deeds vain.

When you set out on a journey for war in the land, there is no harm in shortening your prayers if you fear that the disbelievers may attack you. Surely the disbelievers are your open enemies.

Follow Allah and His messenger and do not quarrel, lest you become weak and lose your strength. Resist against difficulties. Surely Allah is with the patient.
