The City - 90:4 We have created man in the midst of difficulties (so that he may resist).
People are not left untested by saying: "We believe":
The Cow/2:155 We will test you with fear, hunger, loss of money, lives, and crops. Give good news to those who are patient.
The Cow/2:214 "Or do you think that you will enter Paradise until the like of what happened to those before you befalls you? They suffered hardship and distress and were so shaken that the apostle and those who believed with him said, "When is the help of Allah?"Know well that Allah´s help is near."
The Family Of Imran/3:142 Do you think that you will enter Paradise until Allah reveals the workers among you and separates those who are patient?
The Repentance/9:16 Do you think that you will be left until Allah knows and distinguishes between those among you who strive hard for Him and those who take none as close friends except Allah and His Messenger and the believers? Allah is All-Knowing of what you do.
Prophet Jonah/10:14 Then We made you inheritors of the earth in their place, to see what you would do.
Prophet Hud/11:7 "He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, to test which of you is the best in work. His sovereignty was over the waters. Nevertheless, if you say to the disbelievers, "You will be resurrected after death,"they will say, "This is only clear magic."
The Cave/18:7 We have adorned the earth with its materials to test who will be righteous.
Ta-Ha/20:131 Do not covet the ornaments of the life of this world which We have given to some of them as a test. Better and lasting is what your Lord has prepared for you.
The Prophets/21:35 Every soul will taste death. We test you with good and evil events as a test, and to Us is your return.
The Believers/23:115 "Do you think that We created you for nothing and that you will not return to Us"?"
The Spider/29:2 "Do people think that they will be left untested just by saying, "We believe"?"
Muhammad/47:4 When you meet those who disbelieve in battle, strike their centers of control. And when you are victorious, take them captive and release them either for nothing or for ransom. Do this until the state of war ceases. Had Allah willed, He would have spared you the trouble of war, but He is testing you one against another in this way. As for those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will not make their deeds vain.
Muhammad/47:31 We will test you and try your qualities until We bring out from among you those who strive and those who persevere against hardship.
The Scatterers/51:56 I have created the jinn and mankind only to serve Me.
The Kingdom/67:2 He it is Who created death and life to test which of you is best in deeds. He is the Exalted, the Forgiving.
The Dawn/89:15 "When his Lord gives to man abundantly to test him, he says: "My Lord has been generous to me"."
