The Repentance - 9:39
If you do not act, He will punish you with a painful torment and replace you with another people. You can never harm Him. Allah is the Almighty.
How can he replace you with another people?
The Cattle/6:133
Your Lord is Rich, the Owner of Mercy. If He wills, He will take you away and replace you with whom He wills after you, just as He brought you from the descendants of others.
