The Cow - 2:187 It has been made lawful for you to have sexual intercourse with your women on the nights of fasting. They are your coverings and you are their coverings. Allah knew that you were deceiving yourselves, so He accepted your repentance and forgave you. Now you may have sexual intercourse with them as Allah has determined for you. Eat and drink until you can distinguish between the white and black threads of dawn. Then complete the fast until the night. Do not have sexual intercourse with them while they are confined in the mosques. These are the limits set by Allah; do not transgress them.
