بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
16:21 They are dead, they are not alive. Nor do they know when they will be resurrected.
16:22 Your God is only one God. The hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter are disbelievers and they are arrogant.
16:23 Surely Allah knows what they conceal and what they reveal. He does not love the arrogant.
16:24 "When they are asked, "What has your Lord sent down?"they reply, "The legends of the past..."
16:25 On the Day of Resurrection they will bear their own sins in full, and a share of the sins of those whom they misled. How evil is their burden.
16:26 Those before them had also plotted against them, but Allah destroyed their buildings from their foundations and the ceiling collapsed on their heads; the torment came to them from where they did not expect.
16:27 "Then He will disgrace them on the Day of Resurrection and will say, "Where are my associates for whom you were disputing and struggling?"And those who have been informed will say: "On this day disgrace and evil are for the disbelievers."
16:28 "Those whom the angels take their lives while they are persecuting their souls. Then they surrender and say: "We were not doing any evil". Nay, Allah knows well what you do."
16:29 Enter the gates of Hell in which you will abide forever. Wretched is the place of the arrogant.
16:30 "The righteous are asked, "What has your Lord sent down?"They reply, "Goodness."There is good for those who do good in this world. And better is the abode of the Hereafter. How good is the abode of the righteous."
16:31 They will enter the gardens of Paradise Adn into which rivers flow. There they will find whatever they wish. This is how Allah rewards the righteous.
16:32 "When the angels come to take their lives while they are well, they say: "Peace be upon you. Enter Paradise as a reward for what you used to do"."
16:33 Do they wait for the angels to come to them or for the Command of their Lord to come? Those before them behaved in the same way. Allah did not wrong them, they wronged themselves.
16:34 The evil consequences of what they used to do have touched them, and what they used to mock at has surrounded them.
16:35 Those who associate partners, if Allah had not willed, neither we nor our ancestors would have served anything besides Him, nor would we have forbidden anything besides what He has forbidden. So did those before them. Does the messenger have any duty other than to make clear?
16:36 "And We sent a messenger among every people, saying, "Serve Allah and beware of idolatry."Some of them were guided by Allah, and some of them were condemned to remain in error. Travel through the earth and see how was the end of those who denied."
16:37 No matter how hard you try to guide them to the truth, Allah does not guide those whom He leads astray. Nor will they have any helper.
16:38 "They swear by Allah with all their might that Allah does not raise the dead. Nay, it is a true promise from Him, but most of the people do not know it."
16:39 That He may explain to them what they disagree about, and that the disbelievers may know that they are liars.
16:40 "When we want something to happen, we only say, "Be,"and it happens."
