Shall I inform you whom the devils descend?
هَلْ اُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلٰى مَنْ تَنَزَّلُ الشَّيَاط۪ينُۜ

They descend on every sinful slanderer.
تَنَزَّلُ عَلٰى كُلِّ اَفَّاكٍ اَث۪يمٍۙ

They give ear, but most of them are liars.
يُلْقُونَ السَّمْعَ وَاَكْثَرُهُمْ كَاذِبُونَۜ

26:224
As for the poets, the perverse follow them.
وَالشُّعَرَٓاءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ الْغَاوُ۫نَۜ

26:225
Do you not see them running in every valley?
اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّهُمْ ف۪ي كُلِّ وَادٍ يَه۪يمُونَۙ
|
26:226
And they say what they do not do.
وَاَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَۙ
|
26:227
Except those who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah much and fight against injustice. The wrongdoers will know by what revolution they will be overthrown.
اِلَّا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَذَكَرُوا اللّٰهَ كَث۪يراً وَانْتَصَرُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُواۜ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذ۪ينَ ظَلَمُٓوا اَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ
