They deserve a known sustenance.
اُو۬لٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌ مَعْلُومٌۙ
|
37:42
They will be entertained with fruits.
فَوَاكِهُۚ وَهُمْ مُكْرَمُونَۙ
|
37:43
In Gardens of Bliss.
ف۪ي جَنَّاتِ النَّع۪يمِۙ
|
37:44
On seats facing each other.
عَلٰى سُرُرٍ مُتَقَابِل۪ينَ
|
37:45
They will be presented with goblets filled from springs.
يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِكَأْسٍ مِنْ مَع۪ينٍۙ
|
37:46
It is clear, giving pleasure and flavor to those who drink.
بَيْضَٓاءَ لَذَّةٍ لِلشَّارِب۪ينَۚ
|
37:47
There is neither headache nor intoxication in it.
لَا ف۪يهَا غَوْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنْزَفُونَ
|
37:48
And with them beautiful wives looking into their eyes.
وَعِنْدَهُمْ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ ع۪ينٌۙ

37:49
They are like guarded eggs.
كَاَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَكْنُونٌ
|
37:50
They turn to each other and ask questions.
فَاَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَٓاءَلُونَ

37:51
"One of them says, "I had a friend."
قَالَ قَٓائِلٌ مِنْهُمْ اِنّ۪ي كَانَ ل۪ي قَر۪ينٌۙ

37:52
He used to say, ´Do you affirm?´
يَقُولُ اَئِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُصَدِّق۪ينَ

37:53
´Shall we be resurrected after we have become dust and bones?´
ءَاِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَاباً وَعِظَاماً ءَاِنَّا لَمَد۪ينُونَ
|
37:54
"(He says to those who are with him) "Look"."
قَالَ هَلْ اَنْتُمْ مُطَّلِعُونَ
|
37:55
When he looks, he finds him in the center of Hell.
فَاطَّـلَعَ فَرَاٰهُ ف۪ي سَوَٓاءِ الْجَح۪يمِ
|
37:56
"He says: "By Allah, you almost destroyed me too"."
قَالَ تَاللّٰهِ اِنْ كِدْتَ لَتُرْد۪ينِۙ
|
37:57
Had it not been for the Blessing of my Lord, I would have been with you.
وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبّ۪ي لَكُنْتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَر۪ينَ

37:58
(According to you), when we die,
اَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّت۪ينَۙ
|
37:59
When were we not to be punished except for the first death?
اِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا الْاُو۫لٰى وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّب۪ينَ
|
37:60
This is the great victory.
اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظ۪يمُ
