بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
45:2 The sending down of this Book is from Allah, the Exalted, the Wise.
45:3 There are lessons in the heavens and the earth for those who believe.
45:4 Surely in your creation and in all the creatures He has spread there are lessons for a people who have faith.
45:5 There are lessons for a people who understand in the alternation of the night and the day, and how Allah sends down from the sky a sustenance and revives the earth with it after its death and directs the winds.
45:6 These are the signs of Allah which We recite to you as truth. In what tradition do they believe other than Allah and His signs?
45:8 When he hears the verses of Allah recited to him, he persists in arrogance as if he had never heard them. Announce to him a painful punishment.
45:9 When he learns something of Our Verses, he ridicules it. For them is a humiliating torment.
45:10 Hell awaits them. Neither what they have earned nor the friends they have made besides Allah can save them. They have deserved a painful torment.
45:11 This is a guide. For those who disbelieve in the signs of their Lord there is an abominable and painful torment.
45:12 It is Allah Who has given the sea under your command so that you may sail the ships by His command, that you may seek your share of His bounty and give thanks.
45:13 Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, He has given it to your command from His Presence. Surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect.
45:14 Tell those who believe that they should forgive those who do not hope for the Days of Allah. For He recompenses a people according to their deeds.
45:15 Whoever does righteous deeds is for himself, and whoever does evil deeds is against himself. Then you will be returned to your Lord.
45:16 We gave to the Children of Israel the Book and wisdom and prophethood. We provided them with good bounties and made them superior over all peoples.
45:17 We gave them clear commands. After knowledge came to them, they differed because of envy among themselves. On the Day of Resurrection, your Lord will judge between them on the matters on which they differed.
45:18 Then We gave you a law about religion; you should follow it, and do not follow the whims of those who do not know.
45:19 They cannot ward off from you anything from Allah. The wrongdoers are each other´s friends. And Allah is the friend of the righteous.
45:20 These are enlightening proofs for the people, a guide and mercy for a people who have firm faith.
