47:23 These are they whom Allah has cursed and made deaf and blind.
47:24 Why do they not search and study the Qur´an? Or are their brains locked?
47:25 Those who turn back after the right path has become clear to them, Satan has tempted them and given them hope.
47:26 "For they used to say to those who disliked what Allah had sent down, "We follow you in some matters". Allah knows their conspiracy"

47:28 Because they followed that which displeased Allah and disliked that which pleased Him, and in the end they nullified what they used to do.
47:29 Do they not know that Allah will reveal their hatred to those in whose hearts is a disease?
47:30 If We had willed, We could have shown them to you, and you would have recognized them by their faces. You can recognize them by the crookedness of their words. Allah knows all that you do.
47:31 We will test you and try your qualities until We bring out from among you those who strive and those who persevere against hardship.
47:32 Those who disbelieve and turn away from the way of Allah and those who disobey the messenger after the right path has become clear to them can do Allah no harm. Rather, He will nullify their deeds.
47:33 O you who believe, follow Allah and follow the messenger and do not make your deeds vain.
47:34 Allah will not forgive those who die as disbelievers after they disbelieved and strayed from the way of Allah.

47:37 If He asked you for them and pressed you, you would be stingy and He would reveal your secret evil deeds.
47:38 You are called to spend in the Way of Allah, but some of you are stingy. Whoever is stingy is stingy towards himself. Allah is rich and you are poor. If you turn away, He will replace you with another people, but they will not be like you.
