54:41
There went to Pharaoh´s people also warners.
وَلَقَدْ جَٓاءَ اٰلَ فِرْعَوْنَ النُّذُرُۚ
|
54:42
They denied all Our miracles, so We seized them like the seizure of the Most High and Almighty.
كَذَّبُوا بِاٰيَاتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَاَخَذْنَاهُمْ اَخْذَ عَز۪يزٍ مُقْتَدِرٍ
|
54:43
Are your disbelievers better than theirs? Or have you come across in the books a declaration of pardon for yourselves?
اَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِنْ اُو۬لٰٓئِكُمْ اَمْ لَـكُمْ بَرَٓاءَةٌ فِي الزُّبُرِۚ

"Or do they say, "We are a community that will triumph"?"
اَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَم۪يعٌ مُنْتَصِرٌ
|
54:45
That community will be defeated; they will turn and flee.
سَيُهْزَمُ الْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ الدُّبُرَ

54:46
The Hour awaits them, more terrible and bitter.
بَلِ السَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ اَدْهٰى وَاَمَرُّ
|
54:47
The guilty are in error and in Hell.
اِنَّ الْمُجْرِم۪ينَ ف۪ي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍۢ
|
54:48
"The Day when they will be dragged face down into the Fire: "Taste the touch of hell."
يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلٰى وُجُوهِهِمْۜ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ

54:49
We have created everything with a certain measure.
اِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ

54:50
Our command is as sudden as the blink of an eye.
وَمَٓا اَمْرُنَٓا اِلَّا وَاحِدَةٌ كَلَمْحٍ بِالْبَصَرِ
|
54:51
We destroyed your like ones. Is there none who takes admonition?
وَلَقَدْ اَهْلَكْنَٓا اَشْيَاعَكُمْ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ
|
54:52
All that they do is recorded in books.
وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِي الزُّبُرِ
|
54:53
Everything small and great is written down.
وَكُلُّ صَغ۪يرٍ وَكَب۪يرٍ مُسْتَطَرٌ
|
54:54
The righteous are in gardens and rivers.
اِنَّ الْمُتَّق۪ينَ ف۪ي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍۙ
|
54:55
They are in places of honor with the mighty King.
ف۪ي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِنْدَ مَل۪يكٍ مُقْتَدِرٍ
