بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
60:1 O you who believe, do not take my enemy as a friend and your enemy as a friend. You show them love while they have denied the truth that has come to you and have driven out the messenger and you (from your country) because you believed in Allah, your Lord. How can you love them secretly if you have gone out on a jihad in My way to win My favor? But I know very well what you conceal and what you reveal. Whoever of you does so has gone astray from the right path.
60:2 If they overtake you, they will turn enemies against you and hurt you with their hands and their tongues. They want you to disbelieve.
60:3 Your relatives and your children will not benefit you. The Day of Resurrection will judge you. Allah is All-Seeing of what you do.
60:4 "There is a good example for you in Abraham and those who were with him. Those who were with him said to their people, "We are far from you and those whom you serve besides Allah. We do not know you. There is eternal enmity and hatred between us and you until you believe in Allah ALONE. Except that Abraham´s words to his father, "I will pray for your forgiveness, but I cannot protect you against anything from Allah"(as a mistake). "Our Lord, to You we trust, to You we turn, and to You we shall return."
60:5 Our Lord, do not make us a test for the disbelievers, forgive us. Our Lord, You are the Superior, the Wise.
60:6 In them is a good example for those of you who desire Allah and the Last Day. As for those who turn away, He is rich and worthy of praise.
60:7 Perhaps Allah will turn enmity between you and them into love. Allah is Almighty. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
60:8 Allah does not forbid you to do good to those who do not fight you for the sake of religion and do not drive you out of your homes, and to do justice to them. Allah loves those who do justice.
60:9 But Allah forbids you to be friends only with those who fight you in the cause of religion and drive you out of your homes and help you to be driven out. Those who take them as friends are wrongdoers.
60:10 O you who believe, when believing immigrant women take refuge with you, question them. Allah knows their faith very well. If you realize that they are believers, do not send them back to the disbelievers. They are not lawful for those disbelievers, nor are they lawful for them. Give back to them their marriages which the disbelievers have spent. There is no harm in your marrying them if you have paid them their mahr. Do not keep unbelieving women in your charge. You may ask them for the rasham you have spent on them, and they may ask for the rasham they have given you. This is the judgment of Allah. He judges between you. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
60:11 If you prevail over the disbelievers after you have lost something through your wives who have joined you, then give to those who have lost their wives the amount of the Mahr they have spent. Count and listen to Allah in Whom you believe.
60:12 O Prophet, when the believing women take refuge with you, and they swear by their oaths not to associate anything with Allah, not to steal, not to commit adultery, not to kill their children, not to fabricate a falsehood, and not to oppose you in righteousness, then accept their oaths and ask forgiveness from Allah for them. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
60:13 O you who believe, do not take as friends a people against whom Allah is angry. They have despaired of the Hereafter as the disbelievers have despaired of those in the grave.
