69:21
He is in a happy life,
فَهُوَ ف۪ي ع۪يشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍۙ

69:22
In a high paradise (garden),
ف۪ي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍۙ
|
69:23
Its fruits are within reach.
قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌ
|
69:24
Eat and drink with pleasure for what you used to do in your past days.
كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَن۪ٓيـٔاً بِمَٓا اَسْلَفْتُمْ فِي الْاَيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ
|
69:25
"As for those who were given the Book on their left, they say: "If only my Book had not been given to me","
وَاَمَّا مَنْ اُو۫تِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِشِمَالِه۪ فَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَن۪ي لَمْ اُو۫تَ كِتَابِيَهْۚ

69:26
If only I had not learned what my reckoning is.
وَلَمْ اَدْرِ مَا حِسَابِيَهْۚ
|
69:27
If only my death were eternal.
يَا لَيْتَهَا كَانَتِ الْقَاضِيَةَۚ
|
69:28
My money has done me no good.
مَٓا اَغْنٰى عَنّ۪ي مَالِيَهْۚ
|
69:29
I have lost all my strength.
هَلَكَ عَنّ۪ي سُلْطَانِيَهْۚ
|
69:30
Seize him, bind him.
خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُۙ
|
69:31
And then burn him in hell.
ثُمَّ الْجَح۪يمَ صَلُّوهُۙ
|
69:32
Then put him in a chain seventy cubits long.
ثُمَّ ف۪ي سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعاً فَاسْلُكُوهُۜ

69:33
Because he did not believe in Allah Almighty.
اِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ الْعَظ۪يمِۙ
|
69:34
Nor did he try to feed the poor.
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلٰى طَعَامِ الْمِسْك۪ينِۜ
|
69:35
That is why he has no friend here.
فَلَيْسَ لَهُ الْيَوْمَ هٰهُنَا حَم۪يمٌۙ
|
69:36
Nor does he have any food. Except pus,
وَلَا طَعَامٌ اِلَّا مِنْ غِسْل۪ينٍۙ
|
69:37
Only the sinners eat it.
لَا يَأْكُلُهُٓ اِلَّا الْخَاطِؤُ۫نَ۟
|
69:38
I swear by what you see,
فَلَٓا اُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَۙ
|
69:39
And those whom you do not see,
وَمَا لَا تُبْصِرُونَۙ
|
69:40
That is the Word (brought) by an honored messenger.
اِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَر۪يمٍۚ
