81:1
When the sun rolls down,
اِذَا الشَّمْسُ كُـوِّرَتْۙۖ
|
81:2
When the stars go out and fall,
وَاِذَا النُّجُومُ انْكَدَرَتْۙۖ
|
81:3
When the mountains are moved,
وَاِذَا الْجِبَالُ سُيِّرَتْۙۖ
|
81:4
When the most valuable possessions are abandoned,
وَاِذَا الْعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتْۙۖ
|
81:5
When the wild animals are gathered,
وَاِذَا الْوُحُوشُ حُشِرَتْۙۖ
|
81:6
When the seas are boiled,
وَاِذَا الْبِحَارُ سُجِّرَتْۙۖ
|
81:7
When the souls/persons are mated,
وَاِذَا النُّفُوسُ زُوِّجَتْۙۖ
|
81:8
When asked about the girl buried alive:
وَاِذَا الْمَوْءُ۫دَةُ سُئِلَتْۙ
|
81:9
For what crime she was killed.
بِاَيِّ ذَنْبٍ قُتِلَتْۚ
|
81:10
When the records are published,
وَاِذَا الصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتْۙۖ
|
81:11
When the heaven is moved,
وَاِذَا السَّمَٓاءُ كُشِطَتْۙۖ
|
81:12
When Hell is set ablaze,
وَاِذَا الْجَح۪يمُ سُعِّرَتْۙۖ
|
81:13
When Paradise is brought near,
وَاِذَا الْجَنَّةُ اُزْلِفَتْۙۖ
|
81:14
Every person knows what he has brought.
عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَٓا اَحْضَرَتْۜ
|
81:15
And to the hidden stars,
فَلَٓا اُقْسِمُ بِالْخُنَّسِۙ
|
81:16
Those who flow and enter their holes.
اَلْجَوَارِ الْكُنَّسِۙ
|
81:17
And the night that begins to darken,
وَالَّيْلِ اِذَا عَسْعَسَۙ
|
81:18
And the morning that begins to breathe,
وَالصُّبْحِ اِذَا تَنَفَّسَۙ
|
81:19
This is the word of an honorable messenger.
اِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَر۪يمٍۙ
|
81:20
He is powerful; he is authorized by the Owner of Authority.
ذ۪ي قُوَّةٍ عِنْدَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَك۪ينٍۙ
