87:1
Keep the name of your Lord, the Exalted, free from deficiencies.
سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْاَعْلٰىۙ
|
87:2
He it is Who created, He put in order.
اَلَّذ۪ي خَلَقَ فَسَوّٰىۙۖ
|
87:3
He who measured and guided.
وَالَّذ۪ي قَدَّرَ فَهَدٰىۙۖ
|
87:4
He made the grass grow.
وَالَّـذ۪ٓي اَخْرَجَ الْمَرْعٰىۙۖ
|
87:5
Then He turns it into dry and blackened straw.
فَجَعَلَهُ غُثَٓاءً اَحْوٰىۜ
|
87:6
We will make you learn, and you will not forget.
سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنْسٰىۙ
|
87:7
Except what Allah wills; He knows the manifest and the hidden.
اِلَّا مَا شَٓاءَ اللّٰهُۜ اِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفٰىۜ
|
87:8
We will make easy for you what is easy.
وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْرٰىۚ
|
87:9
Give advice if it is useful.
فَذَكِّرْ اِنْ نَفَعَتِ الذِّكْرٰىۜ
|
87:10
Those who respect will be admonished.
سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشٰىۙ
|
87:11
The unhappy will turn away from it.
وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا الْاَشْقٰىۙ
|
87:12
And he will enter the great Fire.
اَلَّذ۪ي يَصْلَى النَّارَ الْـكُبْرٰىۚ
|
87:13
Indeed, he will neither live nor die therein.
ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ ف۪يهَا وَلَا يَحْيٰىۜ
|
87:14
He who is purified is saved,
قَدْ اَفْلَحَ مَنْ تَزَكّٰىۙ
|
87:15
He who remembers the name of his Lord and prays.
وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ رَبِّه۪ فَصَلّٰىۜ
|
87:16
But you choose the life of this world.
بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ الْحَيٰوةَ الدُّنْيَاۘ
|
87:17
But the Hereafter is better and lasting.
وَالْاٰخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَاَبْـقٰىۜ
|
87:18
This is recorded in the early pages/teachings.
اِنَّ هٰذَا لَفِي الصُّحُفِ الْاُو۫لٰىۙ
|
87:19
In the pages of Abraham and Moses.
صُحُفِ اِبْرٰه۪يمَ وَمُوسٰى
|
