Prophet Hud - 11:25 "We sent Noah to his people: "Verily, I am a warner for you, clear."
Allah chooses the messenger from among the people to whom He sends the message:
Prophet Jonah/10:2 "To a man from among them: "Warn the people and give glad tidings to the believers that they have a favored place with their Lord"? The disbelievers said, "This is a clear sorcerer."

Prophet Joseph/12:109 We did not send before you except men whom We revealed to you from among the inhabitants of the cities. Do they not travel through the earth and see the fate of those before them? Is the abode of the Hereafter better for the righteous; do you not understand?
The Arabic Letter Sad/38:4 "They thought it strange that a warner should come to them from among themselves. The disbelievers said, "This is a sorcerer, a liar."

The Congregation - Friday/62:2 He it is Who has sent a Messenger from among the Ummah, one of their own, who recites to them His verses, purifies them and teaches them the Book and wisdom. Before that they were in manifest error.

The Heights/7:35 O sons of Adam, when messengers come to you from among yourselves and inform you of My Verses, those who listen and correct themselves will have no fear nor will they grieve.
The Heights/7:63 Are you surprised that a message from your Lord has come to a man from among you to warn you and that you may lead a virtuous life and be shown mercy?
