It is a Qur´an which We set aside for the people to recite over a long period of time. We sent it down collectively
The Qur'an was revealed in its entirety to the Prophet Muhammad on the night of Qadr, and then it was revealed again in parts according to the events that took place:
The Majesty/97:1
We sent it down on the Night of Power.
The Smoke/44:3
We sent it down on a blessed night to warn.
The Man/76:23
Surely We have sent down the Qur´an to you with a revelation.
