The Spider - 29:47
This is the Book We have sent down to you. Those to whom We have given the Book will believe in it, and some of them will believe. None rejects Our Verses except the unbelievers.
The message of the Qur'an was the content of the previous books, so those who have been given the Book know that the Qur'an is the Word of Allah:

Those to whom We have given the Book recognize these truths as they recognize their children, yet a group of them knowingly conceal the truth.
