The Companies - 39:25 Those before them also denied, and the punishment came from a place they did not expect.
The fate of the people of the past who denied the messengers and therefore denied the Message:
The Spider/29:39 And Karun, Pharaoh and Haman. Moses had gone to them with clear proofs, but they were arrogant in the earth. They could not escape.

Prophet Joseph/12:109 We did not send before you except men whom We revealed to you from among the inhabitants of the cities. Do they not travel through the earth and see the fate of those before them? Is the abode of the Hereafter better for the righteous; do you not understand?
Prophet Joseph/12:110 When the messengers gave up hope and thought that they had been deceived, then Our victory came to them. Indeed, whom We will, We will save. Our torment cannot be turned back from the guilty people.
Ta-Ha/20:128 Do not those who traveled in the settlements of the previous generations take a lesson from Our destruction of them? In this are signs and proofs for those who have understanding.

The Romans/30:42 "Say, "Travel through the earth and see how was the end of those before you". Most of them were associators."
The Prostration/32:26 Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them? And now they are wandering in their dwellings. In this are lessons and signs. Do they not hear?
Originator/35:44 Have they not traveled the earth to see how was the end of those before them? They were stronger than themselves. Nothing in the heavens and the earth can humble Allah. He is All-Knowing, All-Powerful.
The Forgiver/40:21 Do they not travel in the earth to see what was the outcome of those before them? They had more power than them and were more productive in the earth. But Allah seized them with their sins. There is no one who can protect them against Allah.
The Forgiver/40:82 Do they not travel through the earth to see how was the end of those before them? They were more numerous and stronger than them, and they produced more in the earth. But what they earned did not save them.
The Forgiver/40:83 When their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they were proud of the knowledge they had with them. And that which they scoffed at enveloped them.
The Forgiver/40:84 "When they finally see Our punishment, they say: "We have believed in Allah ONLY, and we have disbelieved in that which we associate with partners"."
Muhammad/47:10 Do they not travel the earth to see how was the end of those before them? Allah destroyed them and the same end awaits these disbelievers.
The Letter Qaf/50:36 We destroyed many generations before them who were stronger than them. They wandered from country to country; is there any salvation?
